Description
The portable, pocket-sized zip tie gun quickly installs nylon cable ties, tensioning and cutting off excess nylon from the cable tie in one motion, making wire bundling quicker and more consistent. The handle and trigger squeeze mechanism tightens and flush cuts the cable tie, leaving no sharp edges. Additionally, the tension dial offers the ability to set the bundle's tightness before the cable tie end is cut off. This TAA-compliant cable tensioner tool works with any length of nylon cable tie wrap and supports widths from 0.094inches (2.4mm) to 0.189inches (4.8mm), and thicknesses up to 0.063inches (1.6mm). Constructed with high-strength S45C steel for stress-handling parts like the cutting mechanism, and aluminum alloy for lightweight, corrosion-resistant components such as the handle and body, it ensures long-lasting durability.
