What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at cs.center0604@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What are your approximate shipping times?

Approximate shipping times are 3 to 8 business days for the USA and 3 to 12 business days for the rest of the world. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed before being picked up by our shipping company.
